About the role

  • Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements
  • Collaborate with Programmers to ensure understanding of business practices
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
  • Track project timelines, budget expenses, and milestones
  • Manage and communicate changes to project definitions
  • Notify Management of projects off track
  • Proactively communicate with customers to analyze information needs
  • Provide Management with status reports as needed
  • Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders
  • Responsible for testing new software products and collaborating with the development team
  • Deliver documentation as needed and stay informed of advances in technology
  • Act as a liaison between IT and Crown Finance & Accounting teams
  • Act as proxy Product Owner for stakeholders

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Familiarity with web development
  • Use of JIRA required
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting principles preferred
