About the role
- Provide continuous improvement solutions to optimize material movement and storage solutions supported through system analysis.
- Identify and investigate opportunities to improve warehousing efficiency utilizing expert knowledge in Receiving, Inventory Management, Picking, and Shipping to transform business requirements into functional solutions.
- Utilize WMS system to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data to develop storage strategies and warehouse optimization solutions.
- Analyze and communicate warehouse capabilities and impact.
- Develop and execute the preventative maintenance planning and scheduling strategies for the Equipment Services Group.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain Management, Logistics)
- Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
- Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
- Experience with SAP Enhanced Warehouse Management Systems (EWM)
- Extensive computer skills
