Requirements
- 5–10+ years of technical recruiting experience (startup or high-growth tech preferred)
- Strong, active network of engineers and technical professionals
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level technical roles
- Ability to operate independently with full ownership of searches
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong performance mindset
