About the role
- LITIT joint venture between NTT DATA and Reiz Tech, delivering IT service and support in the DACH region.
- Role: multilingual Service Desk Agent providing first-line and advanced (1.5-level) IT support.
- Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests; provide 1st/1.5-level support; document and follow support processes; deliver customer-oriented service; collaborate with colleagues; participate in on-call rotations; use designated contact center solution.
- Planned start date in January 2026.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1), English (CEFR B2 / IELTS 7), and/or Danish (CEFR B2 / PD3) — ideally covering multiple languages
- Prior experience in a Service Desk or IT support role
- Solid IT troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
- Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
- Solution-focused, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Familiarity with client-specific processes and support tools (advantage)
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs, including occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
