• Role: multilingual Service Desk Agent providing first-line and advanced (1.5-level) IT support.
• Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests; provide 1st/1.5-level support; document and follow support processes; deliver customer-oriented service; collaborate with colleagues; participate in on-call rotations; use designated contact center solution.
