About the role
- Implement and configure CareDx and third-party LIS/LIMS platforms (e.g., mTilda, HistoTrac, Soft HLA)
- Deploy and maintain HL7 interfaces, including setup, custom filtering, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot application and interface issues related to operating systems (Windows 10/11), databases (SQL Server, Oracle), and VPN connectivity.
- Assist in the planning and execution of software deployments, updates, and user training during go-live phases and beyond.
- Participate in remote support, connectivity configuration (e.g., VPN, RDP), and system performance monitoring.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and routines for system data extraction, performance tuning, and validation.
- Create and maintain customized clinical and operational reports using SAP Crystal Reports.
- Act as a key technical resource to internal teams and external clients throughout implementation and support phases.
- Provide post-deployment technical support with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, workflows, support protocols, and troubleshooting logs.
- Work independently and collaboratively with product, development, and clinical teams to improve system performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience supporting LIS/LIMS platforms, ideally in an HLA or clinical laboratory environment.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries; experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle.
- Experience with SAP Crystal Reports development.
- Working knowledge of HL7, lab instrument connectivity, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows systems, Active Directory, and VPN protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet SLA-driven deadlines.
- Availability for rotating on-call support (e.g., one week per month).
