About the role
- Responsibility for predictable, measurable growth across the entire funnel, from awareness to revenue and retention.
- Develop and implement clear go-to-market strategies for new offerings, markets or target segments; test channels, messages and offers.
- Establish and manage robust tracking and reporting structures, make data-driven decisions, and run continuous experiments to improve conversion.
- Systematic use of AI tools for content creation, creative testing, personalization, campaign optimization, performance analysis and automation of campaign workflows to increase efficiency.
- Budget responsibility, forecasting in coordination with Finance, building efficient processes and managing external partners.
- Build a scalable marketing engine with clear KPIs and demonstrable revenue impact as a foundation for investors.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building scalable acquisition channels in the consumer space at a startup or scaleup, with clear, demonstrable impact on revenue and unit economics.
- Very comfortable with funnel KPIs, attribution, testing and budget management; you think in experiments and hypotheses.
- Active use of AI tools, building your own workflows and automations; understanding of prompt engineering, data structures and integration into existing marketing processes.
- Ability to develop strong positioning and clear messaging — not just driving traffic but creating relevance.
- High ownership and clear communication; a mid-term perspective to build a small team.
