Business Development Rep

• Leverage your industry experience and network to introduce our healthcare staffing service to senior leaders of healthcare facilities who are in a position to authorize entry into staffing agreements with Zuricare.
• Facilitate initial conversations, meetings or referrals that lead to staffing agreements with a range of well-managed healthcare facilities with the financial capacity to hire Zuricare’s caregivers.
• Provide consultation on business development strategies, client needs and industry trends.
• Advise on proposals designed to communicate our service offerings to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure alignment between client needs and our staffing capabilities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on relationship development, management and service positioning.
• Other action items as may be requested.
