About the role
- Lead the growth of a new business division, from the start, to drive company revenue through creative solutions and team building.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at both potential and existing partner organizations, ensuring a high degree of collaboration and satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements, working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and synthesize insights to inform product development, decision-making, and prioritization.
- Work in close coordination with engineering, marketing, product and sales teams to integrate partner solutions and align strategies with the company's business objectives.
- Define and monitor KPIs to gauge the success and impact of partnerships, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic partnerships, preferably in the fintech, ad-tech, or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of publishers and financial institutions, their business models, and their potential to enhance and complement financial technology solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities, including a proven track record of structuring and closing complex partnership agreements.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure the seamless integration of partner solutions and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Strong skills in defining and monitoring KPIs to assess the success and impact of partnerships, along with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine partnership strategies.
