About the role
- Supports the Payroll & Benefits Manager in administering employee leave programs, unemployment claims, job accommodations, HRIS reporting and providing backup support for payroll processing.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and company policies while delivering a high level of service to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Administers Leave of Absence Management, Unemployment Claims, Job Accommodations, Payroll Backup, OSHA & Incident Reporting, and HR Reporting.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, leaves and compliance.
- Familiarity of FMLA, ADA, OSHA and unemployment regulations.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to personal development, learning and continuous improvement within HR and professionally.
