About the role
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for hybrid cloud managed services.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and capabilities that drive customer value.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing and go-to-market planning.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure scalable service delivery.
- Partner with sales and marketing to develop positioning and enablement materials.
- Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to gather insights and validate product direction.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies into the managed services portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in cloud infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise IT.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud architectures, including public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), private cloud, and virtualization platforms.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B technology products or services.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, and service management frameworks.
- Experience with cloud cost optimization, security, and compliance.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
