About the role
- Owning the day-to-day design output across multiple clients, delivering high-quality work on time and to brief
- Executing campaigns across digital, social, print and out-of-home channels
- Translating creative concepts into well-crafted, production-ready design assets
- Beginning to lead on creative ideas for campaigns or branding projects, from initial thinking through to execution
- Creating internal-facing documents and communications for clients, ensuring clarity, consistency and strong visual craft
- Collaborating closely with account teams, copywriters and fellow creatives to bring ideas to life
- Managing your own projects from start to finish, prioritising workload, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
- Presenting your work internally and to clients, confidently talking through design decisions and creative rationale
- Taking a proactive, self-starting approach, spotting opportunities to improve work and processes
- Bringing a genuine passion for great creative, raising the bar on quality and contributing positively to the team’s energy and output
Requirements
- Around 2-3 years’ experience working as a designer within a creative or integrated agency environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution, clear conceptual thinking and strong visual craft across multiple channels
- Proven experience delivering work across digital, social, print and out-of-home
- Confidence building, evolving and applying brand identities consistently
- A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
- A sharp eye for layout, typography, composition and detail, with high standards for finish and consistency
- Comfortable presenting and talking through your work, clearly articulating creative decisions to both internal teams and clients
- Collaborative by nature, able to work closely with account teams, copywriters and other creatives to deliver the best possible outcome
- Curious and open-minded about new tools and ways of working, including how AI can support creative output and efficiency
- Highly proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite, with strong working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
