About the role

  • Full responsibility for the digital growth of CAPULET Jewelry
  • Combine shop optimization, performance marketing and conversion uplift
  • Scale the Shopify store based on data and drive measurable revenue growth
  • Plan, implement and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Retargeting, lookalike audiences, Dynamic Product Ads
  • Tracking, UTM parameters, Conversion API, pixel events
  • Budget management & ROAS optimization
  • Dashboard creation and data interpretation
  • Customer journey & funnel analysis

Requirements

  • Several years of Shopify experience in e‑commerce with a focus on growth & conversion
  • Proven successes in performance marketing, CRO & scaling
  • Several years' experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills & solid understanding of tracking & data analysis
  • Experience with the attribution tool KLAR
  • Experience with Klaviyo, feed management, retargeting & funnel building
  • Independent, strategic and possessing a true growth mindset
  • Strong sense for aesthetics, brand and luxury lifestyle
