About the role
- Define and maintain delivery frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models across all practices
- Own delivery quality metrics (on-time, on-budget, scope adherence, client satisfaction)
- Identify systemic margin leakage and delivery inefficiencies
- Drive adoption of delivery best practices across pods and practices
- Establish governance to ensure consistency and transparency
Requirements
- 12–18+ years in professional services delivery
- Background in data, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology consulting
- Experience operating at scale (100+ consultants)
- Experience in Big 4, top-tier consulting, or high-growth services firm strongly preferred
