About the role
- Overseeing operations for markets including Detroit, Chicago, and Milwaukee
- Driving and increasing tour flow by assisting with all external marketing activities
- Supervises FPS Area and Event Managers and marketing support team members
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans
- Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share regarding existing standards
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action
- Maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region
