Data Analyst

• Support day-to-day analytics operations, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, and report generation
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations with guidance from senior analysts or technical leads
• Support development of AI-enabled tools, prototypes, automations, and data applications
• Translate business needs into reporting, analytics, automation, or application support tasks
• Communicate results, insights, assumptions, risks, and limitations clearly
• Complete assigned tasks, deliverables, documentation, and follow-ups on time
• Visualize data for business stakeholders using Power BI, reporting tools, dashboards, and other visualization methods
• Execute ETL processes to assess, clean, transform, and load datasets
• Perform data analysis and compile technical reports, summaries, findings, and documentation
• Assist with Python scripts, automation workflows, data preparation, and reusable technical components
• Support API-based, AI-assisted, and application-related workflows
• Document data flows, report logic, process steps, assumptions, validation checks, prompts, and technical decisions
• Collaborate across teams to provide actionable insights and technical support
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled delivery enhancements
• Support data integrity, security, quality, and documentation throughout analytics and application development work

Data Analyst II

Business Analyst

• Map workflows end-to-end and structure validation requirements for intake requests
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and overlap, and recommend optimized target states
• Lead requirements and discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Serve as the primary communication point among project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and project leadership
• Facilitate project logistics, track milestones and deliverables, and communicate progress, blockers, findings, and tradeoffs
• Clarify requirements, scope work, and align project decisions with priorities
• Coordinate the design, build, and testing of AI validation agents with the development team
• Conduct technology ecosystem tool inventories and produce prioritized rationalization matrices
• Support automation opportunities and implement process improvements
• Collaborate on proof of concepts, interface designs, and workflow architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot process breakdowns and coordination gaps
• Create and maintain workflow, validation logic, process requirement, and dependency documentation
• Lead development of onboarding content, access checklists, tool primers, and process orientation materials on the SharePoint Hub
• Support adoption-monitoring instrumentation
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow design, automation, and delivery efficiency
• Maintain accurate and timely timekeeping
