About the role
- Provide complex and confidential administrative support in a proactive manner to the Executive Team
- Anticipate needs and provide a broad range of confidential administrative support services
- Coordinate and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Provide hands-on support with event planning and executing assigned events
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and attend meetings to record notes
Requirements
- Completed High School Diploma and a completed certificate or diploma in Office / Business Administration, Records Management or Events Management would be considered an asset
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Office is required; SharePoint, Oracle and Workday experience would be considered an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Keen problem-solving skills with confidentiality and reliability
