Define, develop, and manage the product roadmap for the Graffiti platform
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with stakeholders across various business units to gather requirements, define user stories, and create detailed product specifications
Contribute to the overall platform strategy, driving the evolution from a feature factory to an enterprise solution
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery
Utilize data and metrics to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
Experience with API development and integration
Understanding of security and compliance requirements
Familiarity with data publishing and management
Experience with outbound correspondence management or related technologies
