About the role
- Develop subject matter expertise on Capital One’s Information and Data Management Policy
- Engage with the Retail data community as a champion of data management policies
- Collect data and recommendations for enhancements or mitigation of identified gaps
- Support Early Warning Services data contributions, control execution, and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor Early Warning Services file shares and support trouble-shooting
- Draft and lead the development of effective communications materials
- Collaborate with partners to design, develop and deliver training strategies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Process management
- At least 1 year of experience in Project management
- At least 1 year of experience working in a data management role
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Solid grasp of Process management concepts and Agile experience
- Technology fluency in a technology environment
