About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for established partners
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key business drivers
- Produce insights and recommendations based on data/trends
- Provide operational support for luxury travel programs
- Support partner onboarding processes
- Maintain communication with internal and external partners to manage the customer experience journey
- Maintain and update luxury vacation rental dashboards
- Assist in creating and customizing business development pitch decks
- Organize and maintain business development-related documents
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in a business development position within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
- At least 2 years of experience in partner management or account development or business development with a focus on building and managing partnerships
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development within the luxury travel or hospitality industry (Preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
