About the role
- Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to our auto dealers.
- Collaborate and partner with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop and execute market strategies.
- Drive success by contributing to the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform.
- Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot product and process issues relating to Navigator Platform.
- Make frequent in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
- At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
