About the role

  • Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to our auto dealers.
  • Collaborate and partner with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop and execute market strategies.
  • Drive success by contributing to the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform.
  • Own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot product and process issues relating to Navigator Platform.
  • Make frequent in-market visits to dealerships to foster relationships.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
  • Bachelors Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
