About the role
- Responsible for working with the HR teams to identify and consult on potential risks to Capital One
- Applying risk/process management and analytical skills to drive well-managed risk activities
- Gain insights and act as an effective challenger to ensure risk is a performance enabler for HR
- Proactively analyzes risk trends and identifies areas of emerging risk
- Provides oversight and guidance during risk assessments
- Supports audits and regulatory exams of business partners’ organizations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of risk management OR at least 5 years of Human Resources experience OR at least 5 years of a combination of both
- At least 2 years of process management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience preferred
- At least 3 years of compensation or benefits experience preferred
- At least 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in process management preferred
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with key stakeholders or internal business partners preferred
- At least 2 years of experience influencing senior leadership preferred
- Agile or Design Thinking experience preferred
- Experience in controls development, controls management, and reporting activities preferred
