Lead moderate to complex projects, processes and programs
Responsible for process ownership across Branch and Cafe Operations
Ongoing scheduled review and maintenance of process and procedures
Responsible for program level communication planning and ensuring stakeholders are informed
Accountable for timely execution of the review process and the data integrity within the program
Responsible for identifying, communicating, and remediating process/project gaps
Utilize data driven insights to design, develop, and manage process documentation in a complex dynamic environment
Ensuring processes are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process/program efforts
Runs retrospectives and analyzes output of reviews to inform program enhancements
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 5 years of experience with Project or Process Management
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience (Preferred)
6+ years of experience with Project or Process Management (Preferred)
PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
