About the role
- Analyze financial statements and property operating statements
- Conduct property inspections
- Review reserve draws
- Process lender consent requests
- Manage client relationships and enforce loan requirements
- Perform ongoing risk analysis and monitoring
- Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports
- Comply with Investor monitoring and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate
- At least 2 years of GSE experience (Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac) or CMBS experience
- At least 2 years of experience with loan asset management
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
