Oversee the strategic execution of work streams ensuring support to scale successes
Act as the bridge between enterprise strategy and implementation
Align project portfolios with strategy and growth goals, defining success criteria
Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and teams for project updates
Drive the program roadmap using insights from industry trends to focus on AI opportunities
Maintain standard for governance and security in process changes
Act as the final escalation point for critical issues
Partner deeply with leaders across the company to communicate and adjust for shifting priorities
Distill complex learnings into actionable playbooks for scalability across the enterprise
Lead the cultural shift toward process and team changes

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 9 years of project or program management experience
At least 7 years of People Management experience
Master’s Degree or MBA (Preferred)
10+ years of project or program management experience (Preferred)
10+ years of people leadership experience (Preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs in risk (Preferred)
3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry (Preferred)
