About the role
- Drive and lead process improvement initiatives across C&E
- Support the C&E Innovation Center of Excellence and AI agenda
- Support top-of-house annual planning and ensure progress on related key priorities
- Proactively identify opportunities and lead critical, cross-functional transformation projects, defining scope, stakeholders, and resources for timely delivery
- Build and leverage strong relationships across teams and partners including Finance, HR, Product, Governance and Tech
- Serve as a key thought partner for process improvement and innovation, optimizing operating rhythms, enablement, and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy development
- At least 5 years of experience managing senior stakeholders across business functions
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience working with risk leaders (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience managing senior stakeholders across business functions (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategy development (preferred)
