Lead a team of process managers in building and delivering an enterprise-wide process hierarchy governance framework
Monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity
Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of the process hierarchy
Architect and govern a multi-level enterprise process hierarchy that aligns with industry standards while reflecting our unique business model
Establish the standards and metadata requirements for all business processes
Ensure the process hierarchy is structured to support comprehensive risk assessments
Manage and lead a high performing team of associates

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of experience in Project management
At least 2 years of experience in People management
At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management
MBA or Master’s Degree in related field (Business, Risk Management, Finance) (preferred)
5+ years experience in Process Management (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Agile), Risk Management (i.e. CRM), or Compliance (i.e. CRCM, CIPP, etc.) (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Project management or PMP certified (preferred)
5+ years of experience in People management (preferred)
5+ years of experience in Relationship management (preferred)
5+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software (preferred)
