💰 $149,800 - $205,100 per year
About the role
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Oversee work on the agent platform and its associated design system and governance processes
- Define and deploy consistent, reusable componentry and patterns across the product portfolio
- Enable design and product partners with the documentation needed to leverage, contribute to, scale, and evolve the design library
- Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for more junior team members
- Be a strategic partner to other design system teams across the enterprise
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 6 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Experience leading a design system
- Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
- Experience leading design projects or teams
- Experience leading a multi-level design system within a larger ecosystem
- Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
