Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 9 years of project or program management experience
At least 7 years of People Management experience
Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
10+ years of project or program management experience (preferred)
10+ years of people leadership experience (preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs in risk (preferred)
3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry (preferred)
