About the role
- Join the fast-growing Capital One Premium Products team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional, complex technology transformations
- Plan, design, manage, execute and document project plans
- Ensure delivery, manage project plans and critical documentation
- Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills to executive audiences
- Assist teams in developing program objectives and corresponding key results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management or a combination
- Master’s degree or Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree (Preferred)
- 9+ years of experience in Project Management or Process Management or a combination (Preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Preferred)
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of payments, data, and cloud technology concepts (Preferred)
- Experience leading large scale technology transformation programs (Preferred)
