- Utilize subject matter expertise to provide compliance risk advice
- Develop understanding of network and merchant business processes
- Analyze global business processes for regulatory applicability
- Proactively identify trends in business data impacting compliance risks
- Maintain expertise in the payments industry and related laws
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with requirements for business expansions and new products
- Build relationships with Business Risk, Legal, and Audit peers
- Coach and develop others through leadership style
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 8 years of legal, compliance, or risk management experience OR at least 7 years of regulatory experience in consumer financial services or payments industry
