About the role
- Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges
- Team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies impacting the bottom line
- Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success
- May manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for lending products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for products
- Drive improvements in credit performance through rigorous analysis
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following degrees: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in people management preferred
