About the role
- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Manage and develop 1-2 analysts
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Drive improvements in credit performance by creating risk models
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Collaborate with colleagues across Capital One
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Currently has or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
- A Master's Degree or an MBA with a quantitative concentration is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in analysis preferred
- 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
- 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
- 2+ years of experience in people management preferred.
