About the role
- Serve as a primary HR consultant to Senior Director-level leaders
- Translate business goals into actionable people strategies
- Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve organizational structures
- Act as a trusted coach to senior leaders
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends
- Lead high-impact HR processes including performance cycles, talent reviews, and compensation planning
- Spearhead complex, cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources OR Management Consulting
- At least 3 years of client-facing consulting experience
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar talent strategy role (preferred)
- Proven experience influencing and coaching Senior Director-level leaders
- Experience with organizational design, change management, or workforce planning
- Strong communication and presentation skills
