About the role
- Plan, deliver and facilitate various Credit College programs: week-long learning experiences for Capital One associates
- Partner with instructional designers, consultants, business partners and SMEs to develop new curriculum and build trainings for associates
- Partner with business leaders, lead the nomination and selection processes for the programs
- Partner with business partners on continuous improvement of the curriculum
- Engage with leaders across the company to ensure a consistently positive experience for program’s associates
- Partner with other program managers in Credit College and across L&D to ensure the program incorporates learning best practices
- Hold a high bar for excellence in learning programs and own the end-to-end processes of program execution, looking to incorporate iterative improvements
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience managing learning programs or events for various audiences
- 3+ years of experience in training programs or learning and development
- 3+ years of experience in project management, event management, and/or program delivery
- 1+ years of experience working in the Financial Services industry
