- Lead, mentor, and develop the team
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and developments in AI and other technology
- Use AI tools to accomplish tasks relevant to business processes
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, process improvements, and break-fixes
- Drive standardization in reporting tools, dashboards, and reports
- Partner with product and tech teams to implement new benefits and HR service experiences
- Lead the team through annual enrollment cycles
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation
- Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Serve as point of contact for operations to partner on issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years experience leading or participating in technology projects
- At least 2 years of experience with leading or managing a team
- Experience using AI and/or technology to generate creative ideas
- 1+ years of experience with Workday configuration or Workday integrations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or Benefits
- 1+ years of experience with Google Apps Script or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- 1+ years of experience with Kainos
