Use AI tools to accomplish tasks relevant to business processes
Lead cross-functional strategic projects, process improvements, and break-fixes
Drive standardization in reporting tools, dashboards, and reports
Partner with product and tech teams to implement new benefits and HR service experiences
Lead the team through annual enrollment cycles
Develop and maintain detailed documentation
Lead the development and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Serve as point of contact for operations to partner on issue resolution

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years experience leading or participating in technology projects
At least 2 years of experience with leading or managing a team
Experience using AI and/or technology to generate creative ideas
1+ years of experience with Workday configuration or Workday integrations
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or Human Resources
2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or Benefits
1+ years of experience with Google Apps Script or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
1+ years of experience with Kainos
