Managing process improvement initiatives and projects to completion
Crafting materials and effectively communicating change across the organization
Designing and implementing solutions, leveraging technology to enhance processes
Mining risk data to design internal dashboards and automated processes and reporting

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or process management
Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred
5+ years of experience in a second-line or oversight role at a financial institution or regulatory agency, to include the development and oversight of risk management frameworks and processes
Knowledge and experience using SQL, Google Suite, Google App Script, and Google Gemini AI
Ability to work cross-functionally, individually, or to lead work among a team.
