About the role

  • Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
  • Manage and develop multiple analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
  • Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product level data modeling/analytics
  • Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
  • Drive improvements in credit performance by creating risk models and testing hypotheses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
  • At least 7 years of experience in analysis
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in consulting preferred
