About the role
- Act as the point of contact for external vendors
- Manage, monitor, track and resolve daily metrics
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Participate in day-to-day processing functions of vendor operations
- Provide training within the team regarding daily functions and issue remediation
- Understand how vendor operations work and support the business with reporting
- Interact with vendors to resolve sensitive business inquiries and escalated accounts
- Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes
- Review and interpret laws and regulations for managing the service provider
- Assist in the Vendor on-boarding process
- Support and coordinate third party-related internal audits
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of Customer service or Call Center experience
- At least 2 years of auto finance experience
- At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of Risk Management experience (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience working with third party vendors (preferred)
- At least 1 year of Process Management or project experience (preferred)
