- Lead HR Risk Advisory Services function
- Develop and execute overall strategy for HR Risk Advisory Services
- Lead, mentor, and manage risk advisory teams
- Partner with risk functions and internal audit
- Provide regular risk reporting and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 8 years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance within a regulated industry
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading teams
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, Technology, or Regulatory Risk
- Master’s Degree or MBA preferred
- Certification in Risk Management or Audit preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Risk Management preferred
- Deep understanding of HR processes, technologies, and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
