About the role

Support a cross-functional group of 3 to 4 engineering teams to design, develop and integrate software features
Coach and nurture engineering managers on how to build, empower and operate teams to achieve their goals
Collaborate with product managers and designers on the overall product roadmap for a key business goal
Provide sound stewardship of the platform and capabilities created and owned by your teams
Be part of the engineering leadership team that evolves and enhances the capability, by defining and adopting best practices
Play a lead role in the development of your team's culture, their vision and how they achieve it
Work with associates across the business to identify, lead and drive change that impacts associates beyond your team

Experience in leading and supporting multi-disciplined engineering teams to achieve business goals
Ability to communicate effectively and work together across engineering to maximise inner-sourcing opportunities and reduce waste
Passionate about recruiting and developing great engineering talent
