About the role
- Collaborate with a team of highly talented associates and contractors across the Controllers Group to design and implement solutions to reimagine our existing close & consolidation process.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our systems (PeopleSoft General Ledger and Hyperion Consolidation tool), including risks, inefficiencies, assumptions and dependencies.
- Gather and document requirements related to system configuration changes.
- Collaborate with third party vendors on the build of new consolidation functions.
- Lead and assist in the development, testing and implementation of project requirements.
- Present results, findings, risks and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Recommend changes or modifications to the existing processes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years experience in Accounting, Finance, or a combination
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financial System, Hyperion or Workday
- Experience with ERP implementation
- Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smart View
