About the role
- Apply strategic and analytical skills to develop frameworks for managing Generative AI and Model risk
- Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Potential P&L accountability for a business segment
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
- Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Work closely with colleagues across the company to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
- Strong decision making and problem solving based on analytics
- Clear communication skills to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal skills and negotiation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 7 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
