About the role
- develop a sustainable, scalable HR Risk Management Framework across expanding global associate footprint
- provide vision and direction for a team focused on developing destination-backed risk solutions for global talent expansion and post-acquisition integration projects across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC
- act as the single point of contact for HR Business Partners and executive stakeholders aligned to global expansion and integration initiatives
- oversee International HR Risk Assessments of new countries, territories, provinces, etc.
- partner with Global HR teams, International Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure expansion efforts are assessed through appropriate forums
- partner with Global HR teams, Legal, and Compliance to review and ensure accurate regulatory applicability across all new geographies and integrated entities
- define, implement, and support HR Controls unique to new markets and integrated businesses
- partner with Global HR teams when developing and implementing Policies, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to Corporate Policy Office expectations
- partner with Global HR Leaders for seamless intersection with HR activities
- partner with Global HR teams, Legal, and Compliance to assess the impact of regulatory changes to both employment and privacy laws
- maintain International Expansion HR Program documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 8 years of risk management experience or at least 7 years of human resource experience
- At least 5 years of process management experience
- 10+ years of Human Resource experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in process management (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with key stakeholders or internal business partners (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience influencing senior leadership (preferred)
- Agile or Design Thinking experience (preferred)
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance software tools (preferred)
- Experience in controls development, controls management, and reporting activities (preferred)
- Knowledge of Global Privacy Laws, specifically General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (preferred)
