Lead a team of motivated associates responsible for overseeing our month end close process and delivering well managed consolidated and legal entity financial statements
Lead team in driving a number of exciting initiatives and system enhancements, including acquisitions/divestitures and the transition to a new ERP system
Lead team in building well managed intercompany loan/transaction process and provide technical accounting expertise around complex legal entity structures
Include, inspire, and empower associates. Actively support training, development, and evaluation of associates to build/maintain a high-performing, cohesive team
Build relationships, collaborate, and partner cross-functionally with customers and key stakeholders, including accounting systems and technology partners
Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace and continue to build positive team brand
Support compliance activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or military experience
At least 7 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance, or a combination
At least 2 years experience in of people management
At least 1 year of experience leading a Close & Consolidations process
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
At least 8 years of experience in accounting, or audit or finance, or a combination (preferred)
At least 3 years experience in of people management (preferred)
At least 5 years of experience with financial institutions (preferred)
At least 3 years experience leading a Close & Consolidations team (preferred)
