About the role
- Develop and implement a communications strategy that builds the executive leader’s brand internally and externally
- Curate engaging experiences including leadership gatherings and all-employee meetings
- Serve as a strategic partner to other executive communicators to plan and prepare effective internal communications
- Lead change management communications as necessary
- Draft leader talking points and review presentations
- Provide counsel on communicating business strategy and managing issues
- Evaluate performance for communications and recommend refinements as needed
- Partner with internal partners as needed in the best interests of the business and its employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies to drive organizational change
- At least 5 years of experience in partnering with c-suite executives on communications
- At least 5 years of experience in managing multiple projects
- Excellent writing and story-telling skills
- Strong business acumen and customer-orientation
- Great judgment with ability to work with a high level of autonomy
- Experience managing issues, crisis communications, and organizational change communications
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Highly motivated with an eagerness to learn and become an expert on the business
