Lead and/or contribute to moderate to large projects and programs by providing strategic direction and oversight to stakeholders, peers and cross functional teams

Review, understand and consolidate enterprise-wide data imperative scope and data priorities
Identify dependencies and themes and work with product, tech and project partners to develop near vs. long term targets
Engage imperative leads to outline workstream specific scope, tracking mechanisms; identify producers and consumers; consolidate baseline metrics as applicable
Create executive level reporting for governance forums
Define key metrics related to process, programs and products to be communicated to stakeholders, analyzing data using Excel, Google sheets and creating reports, charts and dashboards
Track division progress on projects/programs and escalate as needed
Establish trusted, meaningful partnerships with the divisions to which you are aligned

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 8 years of Project Management experience
At least 3 years experience working with technical and product teams
Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
10+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
2+ years of Data Management experience (preferred)
3+ years of executive presentations and storytelling experience (preferred)
5+ years of experience working with technical and product teams (preferred)
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
