About the role

  • Lead and/or contribute to moderate to large projects and programs by providing strategic direction and oversight to stakeholders, peers and cross functional teams
  • Work in a matrixed environment as an Individual Contributor with opportunity to drive results through indirect reporting relationships
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project/program efforts
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Simplify complex problems and drive well-educated decisions across product, tech and design representatives
  • Review, understand and consolidate enterprise-wide data imperative scope and data priorities
  • Identify dependencies and themes and work with product, tech and project partners to develop near vs. long term targets
  • Engage imperative leads to outline workstream specific scope, tracking mechanisms; identify producers and consumers; consolidate baseline metrics as applicable
  • Create executive level reporting for governance forums
  • Define key metrics related to process, programs and products to be communicated to stakeholders, analyzing data using Excel, Google sheets and creating reports, charts and dashboards
  • Track division progress on projects/programs and escalate as needed
  • Establish trusted, meaningful partnerships with the divisions to which you are aligned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 3 years experience working with technical and product teams
  • Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
  • 2+ years of Data Management experience (preferred)
  • 3+ years of executive presentations and storytelling experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working with technical and product teams (preferred)
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
