About the role
- Lead and/or contribute to moderate to large projects and programs by providing strategic direction and oversight to stakeholders, peers and cross functional teams
- Work in a matrixed environment as an Individual Contributor with opportunity to drive results through indirect reporting relationships
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project/program efforts
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
- Simplify complex problems and drive well-educated decisions across product, tech and design representatives
- Review, understand and consolidate enterprise-wide data imperative scope and data priorities
- Identify dependencies and themes and work with product, tech and project partners to develop near vs. long term targets
- Engage imperative leads to outline workstream specific scope, tracking mechanisms; identify producers and consumers; consolidate baseline metrics as applicable
- Create executive level reporting for governance forums
- Define key metrics related to process, programs and products to be communicated to stakeholders, analyzing data using Excel, Google sheets and creating reports, charts and dashboards
- Track division progress on projects/programs and escalate as needed
- Establish trusted, meaningful partnerships with the divisions to which you are aligned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 8 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years experience working with technical and product teams
- Masters or MBA degree (preferred)
- 10+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of Data Management experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of executive presentations and storytelling experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience working with technical and product teams (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
