About the role
- Provide consultation to internal associates on HR policies
- Resolve formal employment complaints
- Investigate and resolve manager and associate issues
- Act as a coach and providing guidance to people leaders and associates
- Ensure all associates have knowledgeable resources for challenging employment issues
- Collaborate with other departments for compliance and solutions
- Review departmental case data to identify trends
- Enhance people leader capabilities through partnerships
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of client management experience
- 1+ year of Human Resources experience (preferred)
- Human Resources Management certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of employment law and practices
- 5+ years of experience working in a team environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (preferred)
