About the role
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Bank Modernization project
- Lead and assist in the development, testing and implementation of project requirements
- Collaborate with teams to build accounting and related processes for new banking products
- Operate within the Agile methodology for delivering projects
- Present results, findings, risks and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements through project development and knowledge sharing
- Participate in key corporate projects such as technology and data transformation
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of accounting, or finance, or audit experience
- At least 1 year of experience in personal computer skills and general financial system knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in banking or reconciliation (preferred)
- 1+ year of Agile project management experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting, or finance, or audit experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in banking or reconciliation (preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
