About the role
- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Manage and develop 1-2 analysts, coaching and mentoring associates
- Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products
- Drive step-change improvements in credit performance through analysis
- Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build requirements, and execute product strategy
- Foster partnerships across Capital One to drive improvement in service and profitability
- Proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in analysis
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred)
- 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
